Why does an adult have to be there to receive delivery?
Wine is highly regulated by state laws. You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order, and to receive delivery of wine. An adult signature and proper ID are required when your delivery arrives. If you're not sure when you'll be home, we suggest arranging for delivery at a neighbor's house or at your place of business.
Why do I have to provide my driver's license, military ID or passport number to receive a wine order?
Wine is highly regulated, and we adhere strictly to all federal, state and local regulations regarding the sale of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to place a wine order and to receive delivery. We cannot process your order without an approved form of identification. You only need to provide this information once. We keep this information strictly confidential. When your shipment arrives, you may be required to produce a legal ID to verify your age before the courier can deliver your wine. Are my credit card transactions secure?
Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. All online orders for wine are encrypted and sent to our own servers. Why do I get the message "One of the Certificate Authorities that identifies this site has expired?
This may be because a certificate authority has actually expired, or because the date on your computer is wrong. This is most likely because the version of the Netscape Browser you are using is older than 4.06 or you are a Mac user with an IE browser version older than 4.5. This does not mean your transaction is insecure. However, we do recommend you upgrade your browser. Are your wines guaranteed? What if I order a wine and don't like it?
All of our wines are carefully selected for quality and price. We will provide a prompt replacement or refund for any wines that arrive damaged or defective. If you are not completely satisfied with any wine we will refund your payment for any unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase. If you do not like the wine, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with your return. Michigan customers - Due to state regulations, we are prohibited from accepting any returns on wine. How do I return my wine?
Return your wine in the same package that it arrived in. Please include the packing slip with information regarding the reason for your return. If your wine is defective, shipping charges will be covered by the company.

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of the State of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Winemall.com will only sell and deliver wine to persons of legal drinking age (21 years old minimum). By placing an order you are affirming you are of legal drinking age.
